Charlie Brandt is the partner-in-charge of KSM Business Technology, LLC. Charlie's primary responsibilities include helping clients successfully apply technologies that support business initiatives and solve business problems. This alignment of business and technology results in process efficiencies, cost reduction, higher sales volume, and better resource management - all of which improve the bottom line and increase company value.

Charlie’s background includes a broad range of consulting experience including strategic planning, process improvement, and technology consulting. His expertise includes strategic technology consulting, project management, enterprise application development, application and system architecture, and network infrastructure planning and design. Charlie has a variety of experience in both the public sector and private industries, including manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit, healthcare and transportation.

Charlie’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building long-term professional relationships have allowed him to offer proactive advice that creates true value for his clients. His experiences in technology consulting and business development, in addition to previously managing his own technology firm, uniquely position him to assess, plan, and resolve a variety of business challenges.

Education

Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business in decision sciences from Indiana University.

Associations and Community Involvement

Charlie is a member of TechPoint, the Project Management Institute, and the Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership. He was one of the first Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Instructors in the early 1990s. Charlie has taught classes on technology, project management, and leadership throughout the country and at national technology tradeshows.
