Kent Hiller is a manager with KSM Business Technology, LLC (KSMBT). Kent’s primarily responsibilities include management and leadership for KSMBT’s Technology Services Group which encompasses Network Services, Application Development, Technology Alignment and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.

Kent has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and information technology fields. His expertise covers proven results in program/project management, process improvement, software development and delivery, business operation, management and IT consulting. Areas of specialized interest include project planning and management, technology operations, new product and service development and deployment as well as the successful alignment of IT related efforts with organizational goals.

Education

Kent received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering/technology from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from Seattle University.

Associations and Community Involvement

Kent is an active member in his local church as well as a former Cub Scout Pack Leader, Carmel Dad’s Club coach, and volunteer.
